process

- Work will only start after the payment has been received.
- You will be sent a paypal link or the Ko-fi page from where you can pay.
- Delivery can go from 2 days to 2 months, I will let you know when to expect your commission to be finished upon payment.
-After accepting the commission I will add you to the queue from where you can track your commission slot.
- Queue order will be assigned according to inquiry arrivals - unless payment is delayed, in which case it will assume the order by the time of arrival.
- Communication can be done through e-mail, twitter dm, insta dm, toyhou.se pm or discord (elqato#7307).
- I ask the customer to provide a clear ref sheet, without watermarks placed on top of the design that might obstruct color picking or character visualization.
- If possible, I will ask to provide a description of the character's personality, including any important design aspects I may want to know to properly portrait the character.
- The sketch/lineart and coloring phases are where fixes and edits should be requested, any major changes past those phases (such as requesting a pose change after coloring) may incur an extra fee.
- I can provide work-in-progress images throughout the process, please let me know beforehand if and what you'd like to receive -- for larger commissions they will be provided by default.
-You will always be provided with a transparent version of your commission.

**rights n' distribution **

- Commissioner can re-upload the image with credit given to elqato.
- Artwork cannot be used commercially, as such redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services or social media pages is prohibited. (unless discussed with me).
- I reserve all rights to the artwork, including rights of distribution, i.e., posting your commission to my social media or use as an example for my portfolio and pricing lists.
- You may ask for the commission to be kept private for a set amount of time, such as holidays or gift intended pieces, no artwork will however be kept private indefinitely.
- Editing the commission image yourself or through another artist without my permission is explicitly prohibited _ you may however add effects or crop it for an icon/to fit a page, with credit.

refunds

- Refunds are based on how much work has been completed.
- I do not do full refunds if process for a commission has started.not started : 100% refund || sketch : 60% refund || lined : 30% refund

character design

- Do not sell a design you own from me for more than you bought it for unless you have added monetary value via commissions or your own artwork.- You can edit the design and change them however you like, as you see fit. I encourage anyone to customize the design to your hearts content.- You are not allowed to make any sort of breeding chart adoptables with my designs, you may however make/breed designs for story/personal purposes, where the original character must always be linked to the new one and vice versa. [For TH owners]: This link may never be deleted, even if the ownership for one or both character(s) is transferred.- If you do not follow guidelines for selling and trading you'll be given a warning as a first strike, if it happens a second time I reserve all rights to nullify the ownership of the design and you'll be blacklisted.
